International Shipping and Import Charges

DRL Fit ships internationally from China. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are further described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by carrier operations, customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, local delivery conditions, peak periods, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other government-imposed charges. Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, all such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may be lawfully imported into their destination country or region and for complying with all applicable import laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and customs procedures.

If an order is returned, abandoned, refused, delayed, seized, destroyed, or otherwise not delivered because of unpaid import charges, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs information, incorrect address information, or non-compliance with local law, DRL Fit may deduct applicable outbound shipping, return shipping, storage, handling, customs, carrier, or disposal costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Shipping Restrictions

Although DRL Fit aims to serve customers worldwide, delivery may not be available to every location. Shipping availability depends on carrier coverage, local laws, sanctions, customs restrictions, security limitations, operational feasibility, and other conditions.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or certain remote areas, islands, and locations that cannot be served by the selected carrier.

Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, losses, additional costs, or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable address information supplied by the customer.

Tracking, Delays, and Split Shipments

Most orders include tracking information, but tracking availability may vary depending on the selected shipping method, destination, or carrier service. Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.

Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to become active or display updates. In some cases, tracking information may not update until the package reaches the destination country or is transferred to a local delivery provider.

Items within a single order may be shipped separately in multiple packages due to inventory availability, warehouse location, product characteristics, package size, carrier requirements, or fulfillment considerations. You may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for the same order.

DRL Fit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, local delivery providers, weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, labor disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
